Your Mission

  • Support HR operations (recruiting, onboarding, employer branding)

  • Assist with marketing and communication initiatives

  • Create and maintain content for internal and external channels

  • Help organize events, campaigns, and HR projects

  • Conduct research and prepare presentations

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks

Your Profile

  • Enrolled student in HR, Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Interest in HR topics and marketing/communication

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Structured, reliable, and hands-on working style

  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
