About The Role

Vivid offers a broad payments portfolio: cards, transfers, acquiring partnerships, travel, local IBANs, and payment instruments issued under our EMI licence. As Head of Payments Product, you will own the end-to-end vision, roadmap, and execution of all payments products across Europe, ensuring compliance, scalability, and commercial success.

Your Mission

Define the strategic roadmap across domestic and cross-border transfers, direct debits, and local payment instruments (incl APMs)
Support rollout of local IBANs in new markets, including regulatory and operational requirements.
Own delivery of new payments capabilities while overseeing integration with partners and processors.
Ensure all payment services remain fully compliant under PSD2, SEPA Rulebooks, Card Scheme Rules, and MiCAR/MiFID interfaces where relevant.
Work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Operations to embed regulatory requirements into the product lifecycle and ensure company wide operational effectiveness.

Your Profile

4+ years in payments product, ideally within a fintech, EMI, or acquiring/issuing environment.
Deep understanding of domestic and cross-border flows from operational and client expectation perspective.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing product teams in regulated environments.
Strong technical understanding of payment rails, settlement flows, processors, and fraud systems.
Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, risk, compliance, and operations.
Data-driven decision-maker with excellent analytical and communication skills.
