About The Role
Vivid is launching an interactive guide to help emerging entrepreneurs register a UG/GmbH in Germany. You’ll own German-language outreach by phone, help leads progress through the process, schedule notary appointments, and introduce relevant Vivid products.
Your Mission
  • Call warm leads (follow-ups, reminders, check-ins) and be the friendly first voice of Vivid Start.

  • Qualify needs & remove blockers: determine UG vs. GmbH status, next steps, missing documents.

  • Guide through our checklist and set clear micro-deadlines.

  • Coordinate notary appointments: propose slots, confirm details, share prep materials.

  • Introduce Vivid products when relevant.

  • Keep the CRM spotless: notes, funnel stage, tasks.

  • Localize & improve German call/email/SMS scripts and FAQs

  • Collect feedback and surface common questions to improve our product and content.

Your Profile
  • German C1 (phone-ready) and good English for internal updates.

  • Comfort with phone outreach: clear communication and empathy.

  • Experience in Customer Success / Support / SDR/BDR or similar.

  • Reliable documentation and follow-through; very organized.

  • Self-starter in a scrappy MVP environment; enjoys iterating scripts/processes.

  • Tool savvy: ChatGPT, CRM, calendars (e.g., Calendly), email, spreadsheets.
