About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce CRM Manager to join our Growth team and support our growing business in setting up and shaping the right processes in our CRM.
Your Mission
  • Manage and optimise Salesforce workflows and processes. 
  • Ensure smooth functioning and integration of three systems: calling platform, Salesforce, sales app.
  • Maintain end-to-end data flow within the CRM ecosystem.
  • Create and manage lists and attributes within the system. 
  • Reassign tasks to sales teams as needed. 
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for performance tracking. 
  • Execute small-scale developments and enhancements. 
  • Establish API connections with third-party tools for seamless integration. 
  • Oversee and maintain the strategic setup of all Salesforce settings. 
  • Collaborate with Sales teams and Direct Sales Leads to improve efficiency. 
  • Support the launch of Braze campaigns and other marketing initiatives, connected to SalesForce.
Your Profile
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce objects and how they interrelate. 
  • Advanced business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process optimisation. 
  • Proven experience interacting with multiple CRM systems and ensuring their interoperability. 
  • Experience with CRM and campaign platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, or SAS is a plus. 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a holistic view of the system. 
  • Fluent English (C1 – C2).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
