About The Role
We're looking for a Retention Lead to help us keep our SME customers engaged, satisfied, and thriving with Vivid. You'll play a key role in making sure business owners and finance teams don't just sign up but stay with us for the long run—because Vivid helps them save time, reduce hassle, and unlock growth.
This role is about more than fighting churn. It's about creating moments of value throughout the customer journey: helping a new SME discover how Vivid simplifies their finances, guiding them to explore more features, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
Your Mission
  • Lead our SME retention strategy, building programs that turn first-time users into long-term partners.
  • Design and optimize SME lifecycle journeys (onboarding, engagement, loyalty, and upsell).
  • Utilize data and insights to comprehend SME behavior, segment needs, and identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Care teams to reduce friction and deliver seamless experiences tailored for business use cases.
  • Test new ideas rapidly — whether it's new communication channels, loyalty mechanics, or value-add features.
  • Champion the voice of SME customers across the company, ensuring retention is a shared priority.
Your Profile
  • Experience in retention, customer success, or lifecycle marketing with SMEs or B2B customers, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • A proven ability to design programs that improve customer health, reduce churn, and grow engagement.
  • Strong data literacy (SQL, analytics tools, cohort analysis, experiments).
  • Empathy for business owners, you understand their challenges and how to solve them with simple, effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align multiple teams around a retention goal.
