About The Role
We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Business/System Analyst to take on the responsibility of analyzing and improving our product. The primary task involves immersing oneself in all user scenarios of the product, identifying pain points and process inefficiencies, and proposing and delivering enhancements to optimize processes.
Your Mission
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for investment products.
  • Collaborate with product manager and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of investment products to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for our products post-implementation.
Your Profile
  • 3 + years of experience as a Business/System Analyst.
  • Experience with synchronous and asynchronous flow, especially with RPC and Kafka.
  • Ability to comprehend JSON and proto files.
  • Strong visualization skills to effectively communicate ideas and describe systems.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts.
  • Confident written and spoken English skills.
  • A creative mindset and can-do attitude, always striving to achieve the best results.
