Your Mission

Lead the ongoing management and coordination of relationships with third-party vendors responsible for Customer Support and Financial Crime Prevention
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications
Monitor vendor performance through regular reporting and ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and service expectations
Work closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure vendors meet contractual obligations, including service levels, penalties, and incentives
Develop and implement performance monitoring frameworks to track vendor success in key areas
Help facilitate the training and onboarding of vendors and their teams to ensure alignment with internal processes and expectations
actively negotiate the conditions of contracts targeting the improvement in cost per customer

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field are prefered.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in vendor management or a related role, ideally within outsourcing projects.
Strong background in managing third-party vendors, particularly in Customer Support and Financial Crime Prevention services.
In-depth knowledge of vendor contract negotiation, management, and legal compliance, particularly in financial services or similar regulated industries.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle complex, high-stakes situations with professionalism and efficiency.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
