Your Mission
  • Lead the ongoing management and coordination of relationships with third-party vendors responsible for Customer Support and Financial Crime Prevention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications
  • Monitor vendor performance through regular reporting and ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and service expectations
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure vendors meet contractual obligations, including service levels, penalties, and incentives
  • Develop and implement performance monitoring frameworks to track vendor success in key areas
  • Help facilitate the training and onboarding of vendors and their teams to ensure alignment with internal processes and expectations
  • actively negotiate the conditions of contracts targeting the improvement in cost per customer
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field are prefered.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in vendor management or a related role, ideally within outsourcing projects.

  • Strong background in managing third-party vendors, particularly in Customer Support and Financial Crime Prevention services.

  • In-depth knowledge of vendor contract negotiation, management, and legal compliance, particularly in financial services or similar regulated industries.

  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle complex, high-stakes situations with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
