Your Mission
  • Manage the dispute resolution process with internal and external parties.
  • Monitor and categorize dispute trends and develop strategies that reduce dispute and fraud ratios.
  • Educate merchants on best dispute resolution practices and provide guidance on chargeback/dispute prevention, address merchant concerns and implement dispute resolution improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispute cases, trends, and reason codes.
  • Perform regular reviews and performance analysis of disputes and fraud activity for merchants in board.
  • Analyze credit and financial risks related to disputes and fraud to prevent financial losses.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of internal dispute handling tools and recommend potential enhancements.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers on disputes and fraud prevention solutions.
Your Profile
  • Relevant work experience in banking / financial services.
  • Knowledge of card/payment schemes dispute rules, as well as card transaction processing guidelines.
  • Ability to analyze dispute data and documents.
  • Ability to identify dispute and fraud trends, patterns, root causes and solutions.
  • Ensuring accuracy in card dispute resolution process, reporting, and analysis.
  • Ability to coordinate with merchants, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Development of proactive strategies to reduce disputes/fraud ratios and mitigate financial risks.
  • Handling multiple dispute cases efficiently and prioritize urgent tasks.
