About The Role

We are seeking a talented Product Manager / Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in owning the product development lifecycle for crypto products, ensuring their successful delivery within our digital banking platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and developers, to translate product strategies into detailed specifications and ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

Your Mission
  • Product Ownership & Roadmap Contribution: Take ownership of specific features and components within the crypto and investment product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Contribute to the development of the product roadmap in alignment with the strategy.
  • Comprehensive Product & Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements, user feedback, and market needs, translating them into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, and functional/non-functional specifications for investment products.
  • Stakeholders Communication: Proactively engage and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. 
  • Solution Design & Detailing: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to design robust, user-centric investment solutions, ensuring optimal alignment between business requirements and technical feasibility.
  • Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key product metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and inform product iterations.
  • Quality Assurance & Post-Launch Support: Oversee system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation of investment products to ensure quality and functionality. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for investment products post-implementation.
Your Profile
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst with hands-on experience in crypto products (e.g., trading, transfers, stablecoins).
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis and generating product insights.
  • Strong familiarity with UML, including the ability to create, read, and interpret sequence diagrams for system specifications.
  • Solid knowledge of crypto markets and investment products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications.
  • Understanding of product metrics and their application to product performance.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (specifically Jira and Notion are used).
  • Confident written and spoken English skills, with excellent abilities to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and developers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
