About The Role

We value agility, innovation, and a proactive approach. We are currently expanding our German Sales team and looking for a motivated and native German-speaking Sales Account Executive to join us in driving the growth of our business banking division. As a German-Speaking Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our business accounts to small/medium business owners and freelancers. This role requires excellent communication skills in German, a keen understanding of business banking needs, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

Your Mission

1. Inbound Sales Calls: Initiate inbound calls to small business owners in Germany to keep the business account opening on track
2. Client Consultation: Understand the unique banking requirements of potential clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our banking products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for additional services.

Your Profile

A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (and/or relevant professional experience)
Experience in Inbound Phone Sales and Account Management, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sector
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach
Analytical thinking with a structured and results-oriented work style
Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Aircall) and common office applications
Fluent in German (native or C2 level) and English, other languages are a plus
High self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
