About The Role
Vivid Money S.A. is part of the Vivid Money Group and our EMI (E-Money-Institution) licenced in Luxembourg. The Financial Manager plays a key role in Vivid Money S.A.’s Finance Function, supporting consolidated reporting for Group entities, contributing to financial projects, and assisting with performance reporting within a growing multi-national fintech company. The Financial Manager will report directly to the CFO.

We are looking for a result-oriented and qualified Financial Manager. You should have experience working in the Finance Department of a financial services company and have the ability to tackle any problem as well as coordinate multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Your Mission
•    Reporting: 
Preparation of reports for executive management with corresponding analysis and commentary, including detailed performance analysis (revenue, costs, KPIs) against plan, explaining variances.

•    Closing: 
Perform the monthly closing and ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements for Vivid.

•    Audits: 
Support of External Audit engagements and Internal Audit review and subsequent closure of any relevant recommendations.

•    Regulatory:
Preparation of reports to CSSF and fulfilment of all regulatory requirements in relation to our E-Money Institution.

•    Safeguarding:
Ensure that safeguarding accounts are appropriately reconciled on a daily basis to the firm’s internal records and that the appropriate amounts of customers funds are safeguarded at any given point.

•    Policies & Procedures:
Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures for the Finance Function in Luxembourg ensuring strong financial controls are maintained.

•    Projects: 
Work across teams to project support integration of Vivid Money S.A. finance function and reporting to overall Vivid group finance function. Liaise with the Group Finance Team and contribute to global projects on an ad hoc basis, providing suggestions for improvement in global finance operations.

•    Business Partnering: 
Strive for efficiencies across the Finance function and partner with all areas of the business to add value whenever possible. Develop relevant reports and KPIs to effectively manage the performance of the business.
 
•    Budget: 
Perform all aspects of financial reporting including the annual budgeting process, internal monthly reporting, and forecasting.

•    Tax: 
Ensure timely completion of corporate tax and VAT returns.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor and/or Masters Degree in Finance / Accounting & Taxation
  • Minimum of 5 years practical experience in a Finance Department of a Fintech or a Financial Service Provider 
  • Professional qualification (eg ACCA, ACA or equivalent) is a plus
  • Experience within regulated companies reporting to the Central Bank of Luxembourg
  • Ability to work within cross-functional and multinational teams
  • Excellent accounting knowledge with proven IFRS experience
  • Previous Financial Controller experience developing Policies and Procedures, Leading projects, and effectively managing a Finance Function
  • Attention to detail with the ability to unravel complex accounting queries
  • Excellent MS Office skills 
  • Strong communication, project management and organisation skills 
  • Disciplined and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment and co-ordinate multiple deliverables
  • Fluent in English and native Russian speaker mandatory
