About The Role
We are looking for a professional and proactive Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow our paid traffic channels while attracting new customers across different countries.
Your Mission
● Managing KPIs in Paid Search Channels:
  • Setting, achieving, and continuously optimizing key performance indicators (CPA, CAC) within Paid Search.
● Developing Paid Search Strategies: 
  • Creating and implementing effective strategies for paid channels that support the company’s growth and long-term goals.
● Campaign Launch and Optimization: 
  • Planning, launching, and continuously optimizing advertising campaignson Google and Microsoft Ads. 
  • Managing campaigns across multiple countries and tailoring approaches to local markets.
Testing New Features: 
  • Leveraging the latest features and beta tools from Google Ads to gain a competitive edge. 
  • Conducting A/B tests to identify the most effective strategies.
● Platform Communication: 
  • Daily interaction with account managers at Google and Microsoft to gain insights, recommendations, and ensure high-level support. 
Your Profile
  • At least 2 years of experience in Paid Search.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4 and Tableau.
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to build advertising strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills for campaign optimization.
  • Readiness to work in a fast-paced international team.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (for collaboration with global teams and platforms).
