We are currently expanding our Sales team and looking for a motivated and native Spanish-speaking Sales Account Exectuive to join us in driving the growth of our business banking division. As a Spanish-Speaking Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our business accounts to small/medium business owners and freelancers. This role requires excellent communication skills in Spanish, a keen understanding of business banking needs, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment. 

Your Mission
In This Role You Will
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, while also developing new customer accounts 
  • Proactively support customers in using our products and services
  • Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions 
  • Independently manage accounts and take responsibility for their growth and satisfaction 
  • Help customers successfully onboard to ensure they can fully utilize our services 
  • Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and continuously improve products 
  • Assist in the execution of cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to meet revenue goals 
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses on customer activities and key performance 
Your Profile
What You Will need 

  • A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (and/or relevant professional experience) 
  • Experience in account management, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sector 
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach 
  • Analytical thinking with a structured and results-oriented work style 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and common office applications 
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, other languages are a plus 
  • High self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
